The Westinghouse WGen9500DF Dual Fuel Portable Generator produces up to 12,500 peak watts and 9,500 running watts. The WGen9500DF is a dual fuel generator that operates on gasoline or propane (LPG). The heavy duty 457cc 4-Stroke OHV Westinghouse Engine is constructed of a durable cast iron sleeve and runs for up to 12 hours on a 6.6 gallon (25 L) gas tank, keeping you powered through the day with built-in fuel gauge, automatic low oil shutdown, and GFCI outlets. Push-Button Electric Start makes starting the WGen9500DF effortless while the remote start key fob offers added ease from a distance. Its intuitive control panel spotlights the Transfer Switch Ready L14-30R and larger 14-50R to power your major appliances like the air conditioner, refrigerator, and sump pump as well as any lights or entertainment centers all at the same time with a single cord hookup. VFT Data Center displays volt output, frequency, and lifetime hours to keep you up to date with real-time information and regular maintenance. Push Button & Remote Electric Start
Features a dependable push button electric start system that makes starting and stopping the generator a breeze. The engine's choke operates automatically, making starting as simple as the single push of a button. A remote start key fob allows you to start and stop your generator from distances up to 260 feet away. The generator can also be started using a traditional recoil start, providing additional starting dependability.
Dual Fuel: Runs on Gasoline or Propane
Gasoline and propane can conveniently be used interchangeably as a fuel source. An intuitive dial on the control panel allows for easy switching between fuel sources - even when the generator is running. Propane offers a cleaner burning, less expensive fuel source that can be stored indefinitely while reducing overall engine maintenance. A propane hose and regulator are included with purchase.
Supports 30A and 50A Transfer Switches
When utility power is lost, a L14-30R 120/240V 30A outlet allows you to conveniently connect the generator directly to your most important household power circuits by using an extension cord to connect to a pre-installed transfer switch. Consult with a local electrician to determine the best transfer switch solution for your home. PLEASE NOTE: transfer switches, extension cords, and inlet boxes sold separately.
Westinghouse Smart Switch Ready (Sold Separately)
Unlock your generator's automatic start functionality to support essential appliances like refrigerators and sump pumps by pairing your generator with the Westinghouse ST Switch. With the uncertainty of the power grid these days its a must have. Easy operation. Runs on natural gas, propane and regular gas. Powers the entire house and all utilities. To run the air, simply shut down the house breakers and run the air till comfortable and simply switch back to the main house breakers when done. Nice wheels and handle for easy moving around to storage. Starts with a push of a button or the remote. Don't be caught with your power out ever again 😁

I was looking for the ultimate generator to cover multiple needs. I am setting up a build project to transform a simple portable wooden storage building into a tiny off grid home. Eventually I will power with solar but this tri-fuel generator will be great for all the power equipment for construction as well as the RV power needs that I'm in during the transition. When the construction is completed and the living space is occupied, this generator will become the backup power with the smart switch/ transfer option. This thing is awesome! Had many traditional gas generators before but being able to select from three different types of fuel is a game changer. First fuel i used was propane. Started up on the first try right out of the box. Having a remote control is another great feature. Doing the break in period this weekend so it's ready to go when needed.
